What is the cancellation policy?
Registrations are 100% refundable through March 9, 2027 (8 weeks before the conference), 75% refundable through March 23, 2027, and 50% refundable through April 6, 2027. There are no refunds after April 6, 2027.

How do I add my spouse or children to the Thursday evening dinner?
Add a Thursday Night Spouse Dinner ticket when you register, or later from your registration account. Tickets are $129 until February 28, 2027, $149 from March 1 to April 4, 2027, and $199 from April 5 to May 3, 2027.
Children's dinner tickets are available on request, and prices vary. Email info@efbcconference.org. Dinner tickets are not available on-site.
How do I create my golf foursome?
In the registration portal, add a pairing request with the names of the players you'd like in your foursome. Our team reviews every request and will do our best to group you together.
